and I'll be done with this quarter! O_o This quarter went by insanely fast and I really haven't been really focused all this time. The strange thing is I've been getting As on my essay exams, lol. :X I still have 3 more term papers to do this weekend. *sigh* I can't seem to find the the motivation to do it. :/ All this lack of sleep is killing me too. Everyone at school keep saying that I really look pale. *sigh*

On a good note, i'll be at home from now until end of winter break even though next week is finals week. I have two papers to turn in to the Sociology office but my friend is doing it for me so i won't have to go to school. :D

and on another good note: Currently uploaded: 14 out of 105. OMFG! I'm so used to just having 15. Now i will never have to worry about being out of icon spaces! THANK YOU TARJA!! *BIG HUGS*!!!!

My brother took me shopping at the mall today since this week was freezing and i noticed that i didn't have any suitable jackets or tops. While shopping i was mistaken for my brother's wife on two occasions O_o:
1. We were at GAP and i was looking for him to as for his opinion on these pants i tried on. The dressing room girl saw that i was looking for him and realized he was in the dressing room near her and started pounding on his door saying "Your wife is looking for you! She needs your opinion on the pants!" really loud. I was kind of mortified and said "umm he's my brother". Then she said sorry and knocked again to say "Your sister needs you", LOL. Awkward much? I wish there wasn't such an awkward way to explain to people that he's not my husband, lol. *facepalm*

2. I was having a hard time deciding between a brown or red sweater at Jcrew and the sales lady was saying how the red brings out my hair and face. I was thinking it was bit too bright. Then i said something along the lines of "okay, since both of you guys said it was better for me" and then she said "Yeah, listen to your man he knows what's right for you". *dies*

When i was younger i used to get mistaken for my brother's daughter since we are 16 years apart. Now that i've grown older i get mistaken for his wife, lol. My mom told me at least you haven't been mistaken for his mom yet, LOL. She has a point.. i can't wait until that day comes...

I'm a little late as always. XD I came back late on the 19th. These past couple of days i've been having internet issues. Its like dial-up speed lately. *grumbles* I'll be catching up and doing picspams of ny as soon as my internet recovers. I hope everyone is well. I miss everyone so much!

I really meant to make a post of my tour of Greenwich Village today but when i turned on my computer it kept restarting itself *weeps*. My brother thinks it's an hardware problem and now i'm planning to buy a new computer tomorrow. Of all the times it had to crash it had to be here where the tax rate is so high. :( Hopefully, i'll be back on soon.

I was actually done yesterday but after 6 days of sleep deprivation made me way too tired to post anything. It's been a really crazy quarter and i'm just so glad it's over! Sorry everyone for not being around at all these past months. I'll be catching up in couple of days. However, I don't know if i could really catch up to everything. :/ I hope everyone is doing well! Thanks again for comforting me when my computer died on me! Thankfully, it's been behaving since then. :) I'm off to watch a movie now. I just wanted to say I'm still alive. :)

It' getting close to a month since i last posted. :/ Time sure really flies and school been even crazier. O_O This is pretty much a pointless post other than i wanted to finally post up my icons i've made since August up until couple weeks ago. :)

My brother took my mom and I to the San Diego Zoo on New Year's Day. It was actually a lot more crowded than we expected. We didn't make it through the whole zoo since I was having foot pain. :/ I haven't been to the zoo in awhile and I was really looking forward to seeing the panda exhibit that they were working on last time I was there. So here starts a mini picspam of zoo!:

This small Japanese garden is near the entrance of the zoo. In the pond there is some massive kois( about half my leg!) and some ducks.

Happy New Year!!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year! I'm glad to have met everyone this last year! *BIG HUGS*

I will be off to San Diego Zoo in couple hours so I'll make a proper post either later tonight or tomorrow. :)

I hope everyone will have a great holidays!! :D I think for now I'll still be on hiatus for awhile. Only two more weeks of winter break. AHHH! :O

I didn't even know there is need for warnings on chopsticks,lol. I got this pair of chopsticks at the Japanese market today since there was pretty sakuras on it. As i'm lagging on my paper, I read the following on the back of the package:

1. Do not leave it in the water for long time.
2.Do not wash it with a scrubbing brush, any washing powder. There are possibilities of getting wounds and run out of the color.
3. Please keep it off from the fire because of making it melted and the color changed. Do not use it in any hot water and the fire directly.
4.Please not use it within the dishwasher, the tableware dryer and the microwave oven. (who puts chopsticks in the microwave? lol)
5.Please change it with new one as soon as possible, if it get cracked or damaged.
6. Use it with care when children use. It is a thin ahead (oh how i love engrish!)
7. (my favorite)Do not use it as other things. (lol like what?)

I will be moving into the apartment tomorrow. :( I'm really dreading it. I already heard there's ants and spiders in the room. *meep* They also recently painted the room so it smells like fresh paint. I really don't feel like sleeping there tomorrow night. My roommate isn't coming until Tuesday so I'll be alone tomorrow night too. The packing seems to never end either. I still need to do final packing tonight. I really hate how stressful the moving process is. Hopefully, it won't be too crazy tomorrow. It's sure odd to be back at school after 3 months! I already feel stressed and nervous. :P That is it for this update. I really need to get back to packing instead of sitting here watching stuff.XD

I'm leaving in about 10 hours to go on a cruise to Catalina Island and Ensenada,Mexico. It's my first cruise so i'm a bit nervous and excited at the same time. :) I'm going with my brother and his friends. I'm not bringing along my laptop so I'm sure i'll be having major lj/internet withdrawals. :P Hopefully I'll have a good time so that my mind wouldn't be thinking of it too much. ^^ I'll be back on the 31st. I hope everyone will have a nice week! *hugs*

I can't believe it's almost been a month since i last posted! :( I think right after the last post i got really busy with reading Potter and relatives. I've been enjoying my very long summer by over indulging in dramas(i'm watching way too many!), learning to cook Japanese food, and falling deeper into JEArashi fandom. XD

It feels bit awkward to post since it's been so long. :/ I have no idea what to write so i'll stop here. :) I'll try to post more and here's all the icons i've made since last post back in June. I hope everyone is having a nice summer! *hugs*

I was actually done yesterday with finals but I got caught up with packing and resting. I really didn't mean to take such a long hiatus from lj. I'm sorry everyone for being so behind on posts and comments!! I hope to get caught everything soon. :) I'm still bit exhausted from finals and I still need to put away everything I brought home from my dorm. So it may take me awhile. I can't believe how fast this year of school has went by. I'm glad I made it through my first year at ucla. I just can't believe I'll be graduating next year! Ahhh! I really need to do some research this summer about graduate schools. This is just my short I'm back post and I'm off to watch Proposal Daisakusen now. Episode 9 soft subs just came out! :)
